The firm are currently on the search for a BIM Manager in Galway.

Your New Role

• Department Management - Ensure BIM\CAD department is correctly resourced. Ensuring team members have all the necessary tools to complete their tasks.
  
  
• Ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met by the BIM team.
  
  
• Point of contact for client on all BIM and Co-ordination issues.
  
  
• Development of BIM department organisational chart.
  
  
• Creating all BIM documentation. Workflows, Execution plans etc.
  
  
• Integrating BIM within other departments and functions within the organisation.
  
  
• Promoting BIM as a workflow with senior management and developing cross function capabilities.
  
  
• Reporting on the status of BIM development within the organisation.
  
  
• Conducting post project lessons learned with team.
  
  
• Reporting on BIM productivity within projects.
  
  
• Marketing of BIM capability in order to attract projects from potential clients.
  
  
• Assisting with commercial and estimating departments with regard to project cost control and pricing.
  
  Do you have the skills and experience?
  
  
• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
  
  
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within a BIM\Co-ordination Management role.
  
  
• Mechanical or Electrical background and have a proven track record in a similar role, leading a team.
