Associate/Associate Partner - Healthcare Planning

Research Associate: Cell Line Development

The company is a Chinese leading company in providing high-performance microsphere materials and separation purification solutions. Its products cover three major fields: biopharmaceuticals, information electronics, and precision medicine. The clients include top pharmaceutical companies, global panel leaders. Relying on its independently-owned intellectual property microsphere precise preparation technology platform, the company is committed to providing core material support for industrial upgrading.


Job Responsibilities:


1. Formulate business strategies and lead the market layout for four product lines: downstream separation and purification in biopharmaceuticals (chromatography fillers/ chromatography media microspheres), drug quality control (impurity analysis chromatographic columns)


2. Identify the demands of major pharmaceutical companies, CDMOs, and promote the commercialization of high-value microsphere materials and customized technical services, including:


(1) In the biopharmaceutical field: Targeting biopharmaceutical companies/CDMOs, promote the large-scale application of chromatography media microspheres in monoclonal antibodies, vaccines, cell and gene therapy, etc.

(2) In the analysis and testing field: Drive the commercial penetration of high-precision chromatographic columns in drug quality control laboratories and CRO institutions.


3.Coordinate annual sales targets (revenue/margin/ market share), optimize the management system for major customers (such as Key Account classification strategy).


Qualifications:

1. Master's degree or above, majoring in bioengineering, materials science, or chemical engineering; MBA degree preferred.


2. 10+ years of experience in life sciences or precision materials industry, 5+ years of team management experience, and those with resources in both biopharmaceuticals and electronic materials fields are preferred.


3. In-depth understanding of chromatographic separation technologies (affinity/ion exchange/hydrophobic chromatography) and microsphere material characteristics;


4. Possessing resources of the purchasing decision-making chain in pharmaceutical companies (R&D/Production/QC departments) and key personnel in the material certification system of panel factories.


5. Technical sales: Capable of collaborating with the technical team to diagnose customer process pain points and design solutions.
