Are you an experienced pharmacist ready to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic and motivatedBand 8 Pharmacistto join a dedicated team inGuildford, Surrey, delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care and contributing to the ongoing development of our pharmacy services.


 Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide expert clinical pharmacy input across designated areas
  • Lead and develop clinical pharmacy services in line with national guidelines and Trust objectives
  • Supervise, mentor, and support junior pharmacy staff
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes
  • Contribute to clinical audits, service development, and quality improvement initiatives


Requirements:



  • Registered Pharmacist with theGeneral Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Minimum of3 years post-registration experience
  • Completion (or near completion) of aPostgraduate Clinical Pharmacy Diplomaor equivalent
