Join our NHS Hospital Client's Covid Medicines Delivery Unit (CMDU team) The team are at the forefront of providing vital pharmaceutical care and treatments for Covid-related conditions, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes.

Role Overview:
Hunter AHP are looking for an experienced Band 7 Pharmacist to join the Hospital’s CMDU team starting in November. You will play a key role in delivering safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication management for high-risk Covid patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialist clinical advice and guidance related to infectious diseases and Covid treatments.
Conduct clinical assessments and manage patient medication regimens.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including infection consultants and nursing staff.
Supervise junior pharmacists and support their professional development.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Requirements:

Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
Relevant clinical pharmacy experience, preferably in an acute hospital setting.
