Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivatedBand 7 Hospital Pharmacistfor a full-time locum position based at an NHS hospital inLincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive pharmacy team delivering clinical services across a range of inpatient wards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical screening and validation of prescriptions
  • Medicines reconciliation and patient counselling
  • Participating in ward rounds and providing pharmaceutical advice to medical and nursing staff
  • Supporting safe and effective use of medicines in line with Trust policies and procedures
  • Supervising and supporting junior pharmacists or pre-registration trainees where required

Requirements:

  • GPhC-registered Pharmacist
  • Recent UK hospital experience (minimum 612 months preferred)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and confidence working independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to start at short notice
