Band 3 Locum Pharmacy Assistant Required ASAP - South London - NHS Hospital!!

Location: South London
Start Date: December 2024
Contract Length: 3-6 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM (60-minute break)
Pay Rate: £14.65 - £16 per hour (via PAYE Direct Engagement)

Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity in the NHS? We are currently seeking a Band 3 Locum Pharmacy Assistant to join our NHS client at an NHS run hospital in South London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in pharmacy and healthcare to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Work in the inpatient dispensary, assisting with the preparation and distribution of medication to patients.
Support the pharmacy team in daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
Manage and maintain stock levels of pharmaceutical products.
Follow strict safety and regulatory guidelines in line with NHS protocols.
Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience in a pharmacy setting is ideal, but not essential.
NHS hospital experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Additional Information:

This role is based within a hospital environment and will be crucial in supporting the inpatient dispensary team.
You will be required to work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute break each day.
The role is offering a competitive hourly rate of £14.65 - £16 per hour, paid via DE.
