Brief Description

Responsible for managing international supply chain logistics for Jazz products in compliance with GDP and other regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and lead supply chain logistics strategies to meet business needs.
Lead projects such as network development, shipping route design, validation/qualification, temperature-controlled logistics, and new product introductions.
Collaborate with functions like Tech Ops, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial to achieve logistics objectives.
Ensure timely supply and distribution of products, monitoring partner performance and implementing improvements.
Manage relationships with logistics providers through regular communication and performance reviews.
Oversee logistics operations, including shipment tracking and system accuracy.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, minimizing risks and costs.
Work with commercial teams to interpret demand forecasts and manage product positioning.
Essential Functions

Manage logistics providers, ensuring product availability and efficiency.
Produce performance reports and lead review meetings.
Act as a point of contact for logistics providers, managing relationships and performance metrics.
Address quality issues and participate in CAPAs.
Support other logistics team members and global supply chain functions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of GDP practices and import/export procedures.
Experience with temperature-controlled shipments across air, ocean, and truck modes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical skills for problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP.
Excellent English skills, both spoken and written.
Education

Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics, or related field.
