THE POSITION:
The Associate / Consultant, Global Pricing and Market Access position will be responsible for delivering client consultancy projects and helping to manage project-related analytics, data, and tools available through our industry platforms, Pricentric and PriceRight, and enriching them with tailored insight and custom research. The associate will ensure that client projects are delivered on schedule while maintaining the highest quality and value expectations.
As an Associate/Consultant, you will support research and lead analysis focused on: pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value-based pricing analyses, HTA, and more. The resource should be experienced in leading and facilitating client analyses, identifying client needs & problems, implementing robust data-driven solutions, and managing the team’s workload to deliver the client deliverables.
The role offers growth opportunities and the potential to contribute to business development through proposal development, helping us reach quarterly revenue goals.
The role is remote-based (full-time), ideally located in Poland, Ireland, Switzerland, or the UK, but it could also be in Spain, Portugal, Germany, or Italy. The job holder must be legally eligible to work in the European Union or the UK.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our Associate / Consultants are tasked with delivering excellent business results through project team efforts, achieved by:
Supporting the design, development, and delivery of client analyses & deliverables
Supporting the development of client reports and presentations, delivering findings to clients, and following up post-project to ensure satisfaction
Leveraging business experience to identify strategic options and approaches to client questions, adding value wherever possible
Supporting the development of intellectual property for future engagements
Building broader knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market through experience and training
Maintaining high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English skills
Exhibiting excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, capable of presenting information in compelling and creative ways (storytelling through data, insights, effective slides)
Qualifications
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
The requirements below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities needed:
B.S./B.A in a relevant field of study
1-3 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry-related experience
Proven ability to lead and own personal projects
Demonstrates self-awareness and accountability
Strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management skills
Ability to establish credibility with clients
Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices and client issues
Knowledge of the market research development process
Quantitative and qualitative market research skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Ability to analyze large data sets and information from multiple sources to make recommendations
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects
Willingness to travel approximately 10-20%
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS, MPH)
Experience in International Pricing and Market Access, analytics, and modeling/forecasting
Over one year of management consulting experience
