What you can expect from us -Office based or home based anywhere in the listed countries -Rewarding and meaningful work in an established, diverse, highlyprofitable and respected global company - Highly competitivecompensation packages, including various local benefits such aspension contributions, complimentary health insurance plans, remoteworking allowances etc. - A genuine work life balance - Flexibilityin working hours - A thorough onboarding with support from yourpersonal mentor - A permanent employment contract with Fortrea anda rewarding career progression Your responsibilities - Assist andlead operations team alongside Senior CDM, develop projectdocumentation, system setup, data validation processes andprocedures assigned to junior staff. - Work with Senior CDM tobuild study milestone timelines and be able to read and followstudy timelines for on-time deliverables. - Assist or lead internaland external DM meetings. - Responsible for proactive riskmanagement and issue resolution/escalation connected to ClinicalData Management improvement or technology - Develops anunderstanding of CDASH and SDTM or other recognized industrystandards and impact to programming team to ensure consistency ofprogram level standards. - Specialist in TA specific data captureand standards, conducts lessons learned and disseminate across theorganization as appropriate - May act as a team leaders or mentorClinical Data Management colleagues and any stakeholder withoperational processes used in studies and projects. - Demonstrateswillingness to take on and lead any project level activityconsistent with current or experience in support of study deliveryYour profile - University/college degree (life science, pharmacy orrelated subject preferred), or certification in a related alliedhealth profession from an appropriately accredited institution(e.g., nursing certification, medical or laboratory technology). -Additional relevant work experience will be considered in lieu offormal qualifications. - Experience in clinical data management asa Lead DM or Senior CDA or similar within early phase trials (phaseI-IIa) at CRO/pharma level. - Excellent oral and writtencommunication and presentation skills. - In depth knowledge ofclinical trial process and data management, clinical operations,biometrics, quality management, and systems applications to supportoperations. - Working knowledge of the relationship and regulatoryobligation of the CRO industry with pharmaceutical /biotechnological companies.
