Artwork and Packaging Technologist .

About the Role
As our Artwork and Packaging Technologist, you’ll take ownership of the

end-to-end artwork and packaging process

— from concept through to final print approval. You’ll work closely with

cross-functional teams

and

external partners

to ensure every piece of packaging is

on-brand ,

regulatory-compliant ,

cost-effective , and delivered

on time and in full .
This role is pivotal in supporting our

NPD pipeline ,

own label requirements , and

sustainability initiatives

across a diverse and dynamic product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the creation, coordination, and delivery of packaging artwork across all projects.
Collaborate with Marketing, Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, and external printers/suppliers.
Ensure compliance with regional and global labelling regulations, including own label and export markets.
Manage artwork approval workflows and ensure stakeholder input is captured on time.
Support sustainability goals through packaging optimisation and innovation.
Maintain artwork databases, cutter guides, BOMs, and

technical

specifications .
Troubleshoot and resolve print and artwork issues efficiently.
Provide packaging input for product launches, redesigns, and continuous improvement projects.

What We’re Looking For
Essential
2-3+ years of experience in artwork and packaging management or in specifications
Solid knowledge of printing processes and packaging compliance.
Proficient in artwork management systems.
Experience within FMCG, pharmaceutical, or cosmetics industries.
Desirable
Familiarity with sustainability practices and eco-packaging.
Experience managing packaging across multiple SKUs/territories.
Project management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP).
Experience with PLM systems and e-commerce packaging.
