Allan Webb is looking to recruit anApprentice HR Administratorto join our dynamic People Operations Team. We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team; this is a new position that offers a huge amount of variety and opportunity.

The position will be based at our Head office in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire. This will be a full-time role, office based for 5 days per week.

What will the role involve?

Working alongside our Team as Apprentice HR Administrator you will benefit from a really collaborative working environment with opportunity to gain hands-on experience,

Develop essential Recruitment, Reception & HR Administration skills, and work alongside experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What are we looking for in our Apprentice HR Administrator?

  • Exceptional communication & confidence in customer service
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision, is proactive and takes initiative.
  • Has strong problem solving skills and escalates issues appropriately.
  • Strong organising skills, is meticulous and has excellent attention to detail
  • Can work to tight deadlines, is resilient and can manage multiple priorities
  • A self-starter with the ability to work as part of a dedicated Team.
  • Strong Administration skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • An understanding of excellence in customer experience
  • Willingness to learn new systems & processes.
  • Previous experience in Reception, Administration,
  • Ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts both verbal & written.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numerical skills
