The role:
We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team and play a key role in shaping global pricing & market access strategies.
Responsibilities:
Conducting research on global pricing and reimbursement systems, as well as market access policies.
Developing pricing & market access strategies to facilitate the introduction of new medicines.
Engaging in qualitative and quantitative stakeholder research to inform and refine pricing & market access strategies.
Assessing and interpreting payer perspectives to guide strategic decisions.
Effectively communicating research findings through clear, compelling materials.
Tasks:
Conducting secondary research to identify and summarise relevant clinical, access, and pricing information accurately and concisely.
Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful conclusions.
Translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Staying informed about global trends in pricing, reimbursement systems, and market access policies to keep internal knowledge up to date.
Contributing to report and presentation development as part of a collaborative project team.
Partnering with clients to understand their objectives and support them in achieving their goals.
Assisting team members with logistical and planning tasks, including coordinating primary research activities.

What we are looking for:
Educational Background: An undergraduate degree with a minimum of a 2:1 classification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
Research Skills: Experience in researching medical and life sciences information, including scientific and clinical literature, drug development pipelines, and health system decision-making, with a strong ability to reference literature accurately.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for numerical analysis.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in navigating complex scientific / healthcare challenges.
Presentation Skills: Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools to create clear, concise presentations.
Communication: Excellent written and spoken English.
Team Collaboration: A proven team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Understanding of life science consulting: An understanding of the role of Consultants in the Life Science industry, with an emphasis on pricing & market access consulting.
Ideal:
Advanced Education: A postgraduate qualification in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
Foreign language skills: Native proficiency in a language where we regularly conduct projects e.g. German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Mandarin & Korean
Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in a global strategic market access consultancy, with exposure to market access projects and methodologies.
Global Health Systems Knowledge: An understanding of the structure and function of international health systems, and familiarity with regulatory environments.
Clinical Trials Understanding: Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and their role in market access strategies.
Remote Work Experience: Experience working as part of a team in a remote or hybrid work environment.
