The Opportunity


The Bioscript Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Traffic Manager to join our MedComms studio team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in high paced and creative environments. The successful candidate will have experience in an agency environment liaising between client facing teams and creative teams to manage the delivery of high-quality creative work and multimedia production.


Key Responsibilities


  • Project Coordination: Manage the scheduling and flow of projects through the studio, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Resource Allocation: Assign team members to projects based on skills and availability for optimal productivity.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between creatives, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project flow.
  • Workflow Optimisation: Identify bottlenecks in the process and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency.
  • Reporting: Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for upper management.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and support studio staff, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Budget Management: Assist in managing project budgets, ensuring that costs are tracked and controlled
