The Opportunity
Due to an increase of work from upcoming projects, out client is looking for an experienced Administrator to join our client's dynamic team on a temporary 9 Month contract basis.

Remuneration and benefits
Competitive Salary - £15.18/hr PAYE

Your duties and responsibilities will be
Administrative tasks: you will perform administrative tasks, including data entry, paperwork and ensuring the required materials are delivered to your worksite.
Support payroll function by collating weekly timesheets.
Updating with changes on a weekly basis.
Dealing with payroll queries.
Office management: as a site administrator, you will oversee the overall office management. This includes ordering supplies, updating, and maintaining records a, scheduling meetings, and visits.
Arranging inductions for new starters.The setting for the role
Risks and Hazards are in line with working on a pharmaceutical and chemical site. These can include noise, slips, trips and falls (high-gloss floors), mechanical hazards, extreme temperature and humidity, pressurised equipment, radiation, chemical, biological, explosive atmospheres, working at height and confined spaces during cleaning maintenance and repair.
