About the role

Due to a full order book for 2024/2025, an exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to work in our Water/Wastewater Sector.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering projects in the water/wastewater industry for our two main major water customers in the South. The water/wastewater team comprises the Sector Project Manager, Project Managers, and Engineers.
Main Responsibilities:

Responsible for project delivery of your assigned projects, ensuring all follow the full project lifecycle, are fully tested, delivered on time, within budget, and meet agreed specifications and standards, with reviews for continuous improvement.
Assist the Sector Project Manager in reviewing and managing internal standards and procedures, and monitor national and international standards to keep business standards current.
Contribute to sales activities for the sector, including order bank management, customer management, surveying, and quoting.
Demonstrate commercial awareness by examining, negotiating, and overseeing contracts with customers and subcontractors.
Maintain good working relationships with existing customer and supplier accounts.
The Person:

Understanding of the full project lifecycle, with demonstrable experience.
Experience or understanding of system integration.
Commercial experience and contract management skills.
Excellent time management skills with a structured and methodical approach to workload.
Experience delivering projects, preferably PLC/SCADA in the water/wastewater sector.
