We are partnering with a fast-growing, venture-backedAI SaaS company.With strong investor backing and a rapidly expanding presence in the US market, they are now looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive to drive net new business and growth in this sector for theEuropean market.


***This is a Remote Opportunity, but you must be based in the United Kingdom, Ireland or the Netherlands/Brussels region**** Travelling to meet clients is required, you need to be able to travel 30% of the time to London and the BeNeLux region*****


The Role

In this role,will be responsible for expanding the company’s footprint in the pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing industries across the US. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales/Co-Founder, this role will focus on building a strong pipeline, developing enterprise relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record inSaaS salesand experience selling tolarge manufacturing enterprises or pharmaceutical manufacturing companies in Europe.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by selling the company’s AI SaaS platform to enterprise clients
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, supported by SDR and marketing teams
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how the platform addresses key challenges
  • Collaborate with company leadership to refine sales strategies and forecast revenue growth
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and webinars to expand market presence
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in the company’s CRM (HubSpot)
  • Travel as needed (up to 25%) to meet prospects, attend events, and engage with clients


Key Qualifications

  • A strong network in the pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing industries
  • At least5 years of solid sales experienceselling to large enterprises in a similar role as anEnterprise Account Executive
  • Start-up experience is a bonus
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions with a consultative approach and successful with long-sales cycles
  • Network in pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing or manufacturing industry
  • A passion for AI-driven technology and a keen interest in working at a high-growth start-up
  • Previous experience working in a start-up is preferred
  • Proven ability to build relationships and sell to key decision-makers, from technical leads to C-suite executives
  • Strong presentation skills (both virtual and in-person), with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
  • Bias for action and ability to build pipeline and do outbound sales
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for accuracy and clarity
  • Fluency in English required
  • Unfortunately, this position does not offer visa sponsorship


Salary:for UK £70,000 to £107,000 GBP base salary and up to £214,000 OTE

For EU:€80,000 to €127,000 base salary and up to €260,000 OTE
