What you'll be doing:

  • Implementation and Configuration: Engage in the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM), which includes gathering business requirements, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • System Optimization: Analyse existing quality processes and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and throughput using SAP S/4HANA QM functionalities.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA MM, PP, SD, and demonstrate the dependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, etc.).
  • Customization and Development: Customize SAP S/4HANA QM functionalities through enhancements, custom developments, and interfaces to meet specific business needs.
  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure effective utilization of SAP S/4HANA QM.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, configuration guides, and reports related to SAP S/4HANA QM.

    What experience you'll bring:

  • SAP S/4HANA QM Expertise: A minimum of 10+ years of in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in the SAP S/4HANA Quality Management (QM) module, including configuration, implementation, and support. An SAP S/4HANA QM certification would be highly beneficial.
  • Consulting Experience: A strong grasp of consulting on SAP S/4HANA Quality Management integration across additional SAP Supply Chain processes like Procurement, Warehouse, Production, Sales and Distribution, and Plant Maintenance.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry QA and QC processes, alongside all QM elements within sectors such as Automobile, Consumer Products, Pharmaceuticals, or Discrete Manufacturing is advantageous.
  • Quality Management Expertise: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Improvement, and Quality Analytics. Experience with the 8D process is a distinct advantage.
  • Incoming Inspection Knowledge: A strong grasp of incoming inspection processes, Stock Transfer Orders (STO – Intra/Inter-Company), inventory management, and Goods Receiving, along with quality check handling.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SAP S/4HANA QM functionalities, including master data setup, Organisation structure, internal/external inspection.
  • Understanding of SAP AI Agentics: Familiarity with SAP AI Agentics and its application in enhancing QM functionalities and overall business processes
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential for engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing training and support.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into SAP S/4HANA QM solutions.
  • Presentation Skills: Strong presentation abilities to effectively convey information and solutions to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
