Design and build large-scale synthetic gene loci and transgenic platforms for antibody discovery, using CRISPR/Cas9, RMCE and site-specific integrases. Hands-on molecular biology including PCR, NGS, plasmid construction and flow-cytometric immunophenotyping, within a small multidisciplinary team working from dry-lab design to wet-lab validation.

Perform analytical testing for batch release, stability studies and complaint investigations in a GMP/GLP-regulated pharmaceutical lab, using techniques such as HPLC and UV spectroscopy. Support OOS/OOT investigations, maintain Good Documentation Practices, review and issue GMP documentation, and help with calibration and equipment maintenance. A 12-month temp contract within a cross-functional QC team.
