SENIOR MAINTENANCE PLANNER


Are you an experienced Maintenance Planner with a background in CMMS systems and a passion for efficient scheduling? We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Senior Maintenance Planner to join a dynamic Maintenance & Facilities team at a leading pharmaceutical site in Oxfordshire.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and optimise the annual maintenance programme across trades
  • Coordinate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance windows around operational priorities
  • Produce and analyse monthly maintenance metrics (schedule adherence, backlog, etc.)
  • Monitor backlog to ensure timely completion of GMP, safety, and environmental PMs
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain GxP compliance
  • Manage internal and external resources to ensure maintenance standards meet OEM and industry requirements
  • Act as CMMS subject matter expert and audit point of contact
  • Oversee asset management and maintain database integrity
  • Train and supervise CMMS users, including line management of the Facilities Administrator


About You:


  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner or Scheduler
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems and asset management
  • Familiarity with GMP or regulated maintenance environments
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • PC literate with the ability to produce and interpret technical reports
