Your salary, benefits & hours of work

£27,800 per annum. Annual profit-related bonus on top, based on how the company performs.

Flexible working: an 8-hour day worked between 7:30am and 5:30pm, with on-site presence needed between 9:30am and 3:30pm.

What you'll do as the Science Graduate/NPD Development Technician

You'll support the development of new products, working closely with the Development Scientists.

Prepare theoretical new product proposals and formulate lab-scale work.

Prepare samples for taste, colour and product assessment.

Assess the suitability of new raw materials for commercial products.

Work with supply chain, suppliers and the Quality team on raw material sourcing and approvals.

Support R&D projects, including data collection and trial reports.

Help ensure processes are followed so scale-up is right the first time.What you'll need to apply for the Science Graduate/NPD Development Technician

A degree in a life science or related science-based subject (such as food science, chemistry, biology, biomedical or forensic science).

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking, with confident numeracy.

Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Teams.Interested?
