    The Role

    We’re looking for enthusiastic and driven recruitment consultants to join our growing healthcare division. Whether you're just starting out or bring years of experience, we’ll support your development and success.

    This is an office-based role in Orpington, with the option to work remotely once minimum performance targets are consistently met.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, and place high-quality healthcare professionals into NHS and private sector roles.

  • Conduct detailed pre-screening to identify top-tier candidates.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to placement.

  • Maintain compliance with framework and client standards.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.

    What We’re Looking For

  • Hardworking, dedicated, and well-organised individuals.

  • Friendly and confident phone manner – happy to speak with candidates daily.

  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines.

  • Healthcare recruitment experience is desirable, but not essential.

  • Experience in temporary recruitment markets is highly valued.

  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
