QAQC Manager

QAQC Manager – Cleanrooms – Limerick

We are currently Partnering with a High-Growth, Market Leader in the Modular Cleanroom Design for the Biopharmaceutical sector. Demonstrating success across the UK and EMEA, they are currently seeking a QAQC Manager to help further develop their growth.

Requirements

Quality Management Leadership

Establish, implement, and oversee the project’s Quality Management System (QMS) in line with GMP, GDP, and client standards to ensure all construction, installation, and commissioning activities meet regulatory compliance.

Inspection and Validation Control

Plan and manage inspection, testing, and verification processes for cleanrooms, process utilities, and critical systems. Ensure all works meet validation and qualification requirements (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ).

Documentation and Audit Readiness

Maintain complete and accurate QA/QC records, including Inspection Test Plans (ITPs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), calibration logs, and turnover packages, ensuring full traceability for client and regulatory audits.

Coordination and Communication

Liaise closely with project management, design, construction, commissioning, and client QA teams to align on quality expectations, resolve technical issues, and support validation documentation.

Continuous Improvement and Training

Promote a culture of quality excellence through toolbox talks, quality briefings, and team mentoring. Identify process improvements and lessons learned to enhance future project performance.

System Turnover and Project Handover

Lead the quality closeout process, ensuring all systems are verified, documentation is complete, and final handover meets GMP and client acceptance criteria.

Requirements

Must be based withing commutable distance of site

Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on Pharmaceutical/Cleanroom construction projects

Must have excellent communication skills (Both written and verbal)
