Summary:
Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance professional ready to lead a high-performing team in a highly regulated manufacturing environment? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to drive operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement across quality systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of operational plans to ensure smooth QA function across all departments.
Oversee compliance with internal quality systems and external regulatory standards.
Manage internal audits, external inspections, and quality risk assessments.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
Develop and deliver training programmes to enhance quality awareness and staff competence.
Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to optimise quality outcomes and operational efficiency.Experience:

Degree-qualified in a scientific discipline (e.g., microbiology, biology, biomedical sciences) or equivalent.
Proven experience in quality assurance within a regulated manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Strong knowledge of quality systems, ISO standards, GMP/GDP principles, and regulatory compliance.
Skilled in leading audits, managing CAPAs, and interpreting quality metrics.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in data analysis tools, LIMS, and Microsoft Office.Processing Your Data
