Project Engineer / Project Manager – MEICA / Water Industry

Are you a Project Engineer ready to step up, or a Project Manager looking for a new challenge? We’re recruiting for a key role in the MEICA team within the water industry on behalf of our client.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a mechanical or electrical background to manage multiple water sector projects from cradle to grave - from planning and procurement to delivery and handover.

The Role:



Manage a portfolio of 10–15 projects at any one time, typically valued up to £250k.

Oversee all phases of project lifecycle including design coordination, procurement, delivery, and completion

*

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

*

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution

*

Predominantly office-based with occasional site visits as required

What We’re Looking For:

*

Experience in the water, utilities, or related MEICA sectors

*

Mechanical or electrical background (mechanical bias or understanding advantageous)

*

Either an experienced Project Manager or a Project Engineer with the drive and ambition to step into a PM role

*

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

Full UK driving licence
