Product Manager – Diagnostics / Life Sciences

A leading diagnostics organisation is seeking a Product Manager to join their team. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a portfolio that directly impacts the future of cancer diagnostics and precision medicine.

Working within a world-class product management function, you’ll take ownership of a defined product portfolio, driving both lifecycle management and new product development projects through to launch. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, operations, regulatory and commercial teams across global sites to ensure the success of a technically complex and high-impact product line.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product strategy and performance management for a defined portfolio products.

Represent product management within core NPD teams, supporting the design control and commercialisation process.

Monitor market trends, product performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation or improvement.

Deliver lifecycle management activities including product maintenance, revitalisation and rationalisation.

Support change control and market expansion initiatives through cross-functional project leadership.

About You

We’re looking for a commercially-minded product professional who understands the dynamics of regulated medical or diagnostic environments. You’ll bring:

Proven experience in product management, technical marketing, or regulatory affairs within medical devices, diagnostics, or biomedical sectors.

Strong understanding of IVD or related regulated environments.

Degree-level education in a scientific or business discipline (postgraduate preferred).

Willingness to travel internationally approx.. 10%.
