Evolve are partnering with an innovative biopharmaceutical company entering the UK market, offering an exciting opportunity for a Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator to support launch readiness across the UK team. In this fast-paced start-up environment, you’ll play a key role in coordinating projects, tracking launch plans, and ensuring essential administrative and financial processes run smoothly all while making a real impact in a growing organisation.

This is an initial 12-month hybrid contract, offering the opportunity to work three days per week from the company’s Central London head office.

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator

  • Extensive Pharma/Biotech Experience: Bring at least five years’ experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong understanding of industry standards and ways of working.

  • Proven Project Management Expertise: Demonstrate solid project management experience (PRINCE2 or similar qualifications advantageous), with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Apply your experience with the ABPI Code of Practice and industry systems such as Veeva Promomats, Coupa, and Workday to ensure compliant, efficient, and well-governed processes.

  • Confident Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and coordinate meetings with local, international, and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.

    Role Responsibilities for the Pharmaceutical Project Coordinator

  • Lead Cross-Functional Launch Planning: Take ownership of creating and maintaining dynamic launch plans and trackers, working closely with multiple teams to drive successful product and event launches from concept to execution.

  • Deliver High-Impact Events: Play a key role in planning and executing engaging internal and external events including congresses, medical meetings, and sales conferences ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional stakeholder experiences.

  • Support Vendor & Budget Coordination: Manage venue sourcing, supplier partnerships, contracts, and purchase orders, while maintaining clear oversight of event budgets and financial processes to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

  • Drive Compliance & Operational Excellence: Oversee accurate documentation, support GDPR and compliance adherence, and produce key reports and annual disclosures contributing to a well-structured, audit-ready environment.
