Senior Manager - Production

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Leader to join a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer.
Reporting directly to the Site Operations Director, you'll lead the site's Production function, driving safety, quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement while developing a high-performing manufacturing team.
This is a strategic leadership position where you'll influence site-wide performance, lead major improvement initiatives and work closely with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and R&D.
We're looking for someone with:
8+ years' pharmaceutical manufacturing experience
At least 3 years in a senior production leadership role
Strong GMP and regulatory knowledge
Proven Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience
Experience leading large manufacturing teams and developing people
Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences or a related discipline (Lean Six Sigma or MBA advantageous) This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation with ambitious growth plans, where you'll have genuine influence over site performance and future manufacturing strategy.
