Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Manager

Role : Permanent

Location : SW England

Our Pharmaceutical client is actively looking for a Manufacturing Manager

Duties for this role will include :

Site wide management and strategic direction of manufacturing projects within a busy GMP environment

Leading by example , maintaining high performance and devising continuous improvement initiatives

Implementing new processes , outlining best approach practices for others to follow

Liaising with site management leaders , ensuring robust strategies / schedules are communicated and actioned

Coaching and developing skills within the team, identifying areas of further development

Applying LEAN strategies to tasks and projects

Using KPIs to monitor , present and develop further improvement initiatives

Applications are invited from candidates with a Degree in a scientific / engineering subject (or related) , together with previous pharmaceutical manufacturing management experience, leading a skilled manufacturing team.

This is a permanent position, offering an attractive salary + bonus
