Are you a packaging professional with strong SOP and compliance experience, looking for ownership, stability, and long-term progression?

On offer is a Monday-Friday, desk-based leadership role where you'll take charge of SOPs, deviation investigations, and process improvements within a regulated environment.

This company is a long-established pharmaceutical manufacturer with a close-knit team, offering job security, a strong workplace culture, and a chance to grow as they invest in their structure and people.

You'll be the go-to person for packaging documentation, working closely with QA and operations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. The role blends hands-on leadership with admin responsibility - ideal for someone ready to step up and take ownership.

This role would suit a packaging supervisor or experienced operator with strong GMP/GDP knowledge, looking to lead on documentation and compliance while progressing in a stable and growing business.
