The Opportunity

This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career or looking to transition into recruitment, who is eager to learn, develop, and build a long-term career in a high-impact sector.

As a Junior Recruiter, you’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and support as you learn how to build relationships, identify talent, and deliver real value to clients and candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Learning how to identify and engage high-quality candidates using a variety of sourcing tools and platforms

* Building relationships with professionals in the Life Sciences and Medical Devices space

* Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach through to placement

* Working closely with experienced recruiters to understand client needs and hiring strategies

* Developing market knowledge within a specialist sector

* Providing a positive and professional experience for both candidates and clients

About You

We’re looking for individuals with the right attitude, curiosity, and drive, experience is a bonus, not a requirement.

You might be:

* Early in your recruitment career or working in a sales, customer-facing, or people-focused role

* A strong communicator who enjoys building relationships

* Motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working towards goals

* Interested in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or innovative Engineering (no prior experience required, we’ll teach you!)
