We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead their multidisciplinary engineering team, driving the development and refinement of advanced medical systems from concept through to commercialisation. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping breakthrough technologies that have the potential to change patient care worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team, fostering collaboration and innovation
  
  
• Oversee complex engineering projects from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with company goals and regulatory requirements
  
  
• Drive product development, integrating hardware and software components into advanced medical devices
  
  
• Ensure compliance with medical device regulations and standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, and IEC 60601
  
  
• Collaborate with research, quality, and operations teams to deliver engineering excellence
  
  
• Promote continuous improvement and innovation across engineering processes
  
  We’re looking for an Engineering Manager with:
  
  
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related engineering discipline (Master’s preferred)
  
  
• Minimum of 5 years’ medical device engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  
  
• Proven track record leading complex projects from concept to market
  
  
• Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and quality standards (ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820 etc.)
  
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
