Depending on the specialty, responsibilities may include leading ward rounds, outpatient clinics, procedures or theatre sessions, supervision of junior medical staff, and active participation in clinical audits and teaching.

Salary bands:
Specialty Doctors: £61,542 – £99,216 p/a (Specialist: £100,870 – £111,441 p/a)
Consultants: £109,725 – £145,478 p/a

Requirements:

• Full GMC registration.
  
  
• Relevant postgraduate qualifications (e.g. MRCP / FRCA / MRCS / MRCEM / or equivalent, depending on specialty).
  
  
• CCT / CESR / equivalent qualification if applying for a permanent Consultant post.
  
  
• Proven experience within the relevant specialty.
  
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach to multidisciplinary teamwork.
  
  
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of clinical care and continued professional development.
  
  
• Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship available for suitable candidates).
