Responsibilities

We are currently seeking aDirector, Feasibility, who will be an integral team leader within our global Proposals and Feasibility team. This position will evaluate and support new clinical trial opportunities by working strategically with Medpace Medical Experts, Clinical Trial Managers and our Regulatory Submissions team. By collaborating with Investigators and international country managers, as well as analysis of multiple data sources, this individual will strategize the most efficient scenario to conduct various studies globally. Qualifications

  • Bachelors required, Masters/PhD preferred
  • 5-7years of project management/clinical trial management/feasibility experience in clinical research, CRO experienced preferred
  • Analytical thinker with great attention to detail
  • Thorough knowledge of feasibility processes
  • Advanced understanding of operational aspects of clinical trials
  • Ability to work independently
  • Outstanding leadership, and communication skills
