Ready to take ownership of packaging strategy within a global medical technology business?

An established and fast-growing medical device manufacturer is seeking a Device Packaging Engineer to lead packaging specification, development, validation and testing activities across medical devices and combination products.

This is a high-visibility role offering genuine autonomy, influence and long-term progression within a business that invests heavily in its people.

The Opportunity

You will take overall responsibility for:

* Medical device & combination product packaging specification

* Design development & validation testing

* Packaging compliance within regulated environments

* Continuous improvement of packaging performance, cost and reliability

* Cross-functional collaboration across Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing and R&D

This is a hybrid position offering flexibility while remaining closely connected to innovation and manufacturing teams.

What We’re Looking For

âś” Degree qualified (Engineering, Science, Product Design) or time-served Engineer with strong industry experience

âś” Experience working within ISO 13485 and cGMP regulated environments

âś” Proven track record developing packaging for medical devices and/or combination products

âś” Strong understanding of validation, testing and compliance requirements

âś” Confident communicator able to work cross-functionally
