Business Analyst

London Based - Hybrid Working

I'm working with an innovative organisation within theLife Sciences sector that's looking to appoint aBusiness Analyst to join its Technology team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the development and evolution of laboratory informatics systems, working closely with technical and scientific teams to improve data workflows, enhance business-critical platforms and support the delivery of technology solutions that enable cutting-edge research.

You'll collaborate with Technology, Data and Scientific stakeholders to drive system enhancements, gather business requirements, improve processes and help shape the future of the organisation's laboratory informatics landscape.

We're looking for someone with:

• Experience delivering and supporting complex or niche IT systems.
• A strong background in Business Analysis, including gathering requirements and delivering system improvements.
• Experience implementing, administering or evolving enterprise business systems.
• The ability to design and optimise workflows alongside business users and technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience working across cross-functional or matrix environments.
• Experience withLaboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) is highly desirable.
• Previous experience within theLife Sciences, Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology sector would be a distinct advantage.
• Exposure to data pipelines and collaborating with Data Engineering teams.
• Experience acting as a Product Owner or System Owner for a business-critical platform is desirable.
• Experience withRevvity laboratory informatics systems would be a strong advantage.
• A BCS/ISEB Business Analysis qualification (or equivalent) would be beneficial.
