AI Transformation Lead

OMass Therapeutics is a biotechnology company based in Oxford discovering medicines against highly- validated target ecosystems, such as membrane proteins or intracellular complexes. The company’s unique OdyssION™ technology platform comprises novel biochemistry techniques, next-generation native mass spectrometry, and custom chemistry. OMass is advancing a pipeline of small molecule therapeutics in rare diseases and immunological conditions, that target solute carriers, complex-bound proteins, and GPCRs. OMass’ lead program is expected to enter clinical development in 2H 2026.

We are seeking an AI Transformation Lead. You will be part of a dynamic andinnovative environment and will become an integral part of our vision to address patients’ unmet needs while building Britain’s Biggest Biotech. You will combine your fluency in artificial intelligence (AI) tools and emerging technologies with a robust understanding of the LifeSciences business — from discovery through to clinical development to accelerate how we work across the whole business. You will be able to work in modern facilities for optimumcollaboration alongside afocused andcaringteam.

You will have a proven ability to drive change through technology, alongside the credibility and communication skills to bring colleagues with you on that journey.
