Your new company This pharmaceutical corporation based in Central London is recruiting for an Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis. This corporation is a global company and a market leader in the biopharmaceutical field. This role is a full-time role at 37.5 hours/week with a remote working arrangement available.

Your new role Reporting to the Contracting Team Leader, with the duties of the role including:

Providing administrative support to the team across contracting activities, supporting preparation and collection of documentation.

Creating, updating and managing activities within internal systems, supporting supplier onboarding.

Tracking, reporting and managing data across tools and dashboards.

Coordinating and communicating across multiple teams, actioning assistance where possible.

Providing support across internal compliance processes.

What you'll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:

Previous experience in an Administrative / Coordinator role.

Prior experience within the Pharmaceutical sector is essential.

Extensive experience with SAP Ariba, QMS and similar systems as well as proficiency with Excel.

Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience are highly advantageous.

Highly organised individual with great attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
