This is an excellent opportunity for an Engineering Manager from a Biomedical/ Bioscience background, looking to take the next step in your career and join an industry leading business, where you will take the technical lead on cutting-edge projects and play a pivotal role in the company's growth.

On offer is this highly autonomous and varied role with a rapidly expanding company, where you will lead the UK & US department and help grow a small team of engineers.

This company specialise in state-of-the art, custom-made medical devices for blue chip clients, including the NHS. Due to continuous success over the years and ambitious plans for future expansion, they are now looking for a Global Head of Engineering to play a key role in the business's growth.

In this varied role, you will be the go-to expert and lead the UK and US Engineering team. You will take the lead on projects, ensuring continuous improvement of design and manufacturing processes, reporting directly to the COO and CEOs. This is a hybrid position, with travel to offices in the UK and US.

The ideal candidate will be from a biomedical background, looking for an exciting new opportunity to work on groundbreaking projects, and grow the engineering division.
