PhD Studentship in Computer Science: Programming Matter - Dynamic DNA Data Structures for Molecular Information Storage and Computing
This PhD studentship focuses on developing dynamic DNA data structures for molecular information storage and computing, combining computational design with experimental lab work. The project builds on pioneering research in DNA-based stack structures and aims to create novel molecular data structures such as queues, deques, and priority structures. The candidate will work within an interdisciplinary team, designing, modelling, and validating DNA/RNA systems and molecular circuits for in vitro or cellular applications.
