  • CIPS. Engineering, manufacturing, component background preferred but high volume fast moving environments also considered. This is a very fast paced business, you will need to be accustomed to a dynamic and high pace environment.



Are you a Senior Buyer / Commodity Buyer who wants to work in an agile, medium sized engineering company with excellent career progression? Are you seeking Senior Buyer jobs or Commodity buyer jobs in the Leicester, Hinckley, Lutterworth, Loughborough, Tamworth, Coventry, Rugby areas?


Salary TBC we anticipate £45,000 - £55,000 but this is yet to be confirmed.


This Senior Buyer job will suit:



  • You will be pro-active, upbeat and want an exciting challenge. This is NOT a bog standard Buyer job!
  • A Senior Buyer, Commodity Buyer, Category Manager or similar based in Leicestershire.
  • Some exposure to sourcing and managing a supplier base, this is a more strategic level purchasing role, so you will require a good foundation of previous purchasing experience.
  • Excellent IT skills / Very Analytical – Ideally any Excel & spreadsheet knowledge (Pivot table / VLOOKUPS). If you are analytical and like to manage data this will be a well suited role.
  • You should be ambitious and want to progress your career. You will be pro-active and want a diverse, fast paced role.
