An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Manager to join a leading global player in the automotive manufacturing sector. This is your chance to make an impact by driving product quality excellence and continuous improvement within a dynamic and growing business.

As the Quality Manager, you'll ensure product conformity, manage audit programmes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with teams to maintain high-quality standards and resolve any customer issues, all while overseeing compliance with key industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the Quality Management System IATF16949 ensuring alignment with industry standards.
Manage internal and external audits to comply with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001.
Apply core quality tools (e.g., FMEA, PPAP, SPC) to ensure product quality.
Lead problem-solving efforts for customer claims.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce non-conformities and associated costs.
Provide training on quality methodologies and tools.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage changes effectively.

What We're Looking For:

Experience in Quality Management in the automotive sector.
IATF 16949 Auditor experience and strong leadership skills.
Team management experience
Experience in high-volume manufacturing and applying quality tools (FMEA, PPAP, SPC, etc.).
Lean Six Sigma exposure
Product Launch or Project Management experience
