Are you ready to lead high-impact projects in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector? At Bouygues Energies & Services Industry, an Equans Group Company we are expanding our specialist team and looking for a Project Engineer – Electrical to deliver excellence in fit out works across complex, regulated environments. This is a site based role that will require travel.

We design, build and maintain cutting-edge facilities for some of the most innovative clients in the industry. If you are passionate about quality, safety and delivering results, we would love to hear from you.

What you will deliver?

  • Assist with co-ordinate and control the on-site construction process ensuring the site build progresses in line with plan

  • Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and technical documents

  • Attend site meetings, effectively communicate and provide information for Progress Reports

  • Chair and minute the subcontractor meetings in the absence of the Site or Project Manager

  • Monitor project progress, budgets and timelines, reporting any risks or delays

  • Assist the Site Manager in the management of materials if required

  • Record keeping (diary, drawing register, H&S, COSHH Assessments, As built drawings, Levels & Foundations records, site H&S file)

  • Assist in ensuring that work is carried out in full conformance with quality environmental and safety requirements

    Who are we looking for?

  • Proven technical knowledge of Electrical Services

  • Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve

  • A keen desire to continually develop knowledge further

  • Be self-motivated, with proven organisational ability and the drive to meet deadlines

  • Customer focused with the ability to communicate effectively with clients

  • Attention to Health and Safety matters

  • Commercially astute

  • Experience working with a main contractor or large subcontractor is desirable

  • Degree or equivalent in an Electrical discipline is desirable

  • Familiarity with controlled environments, in the pharmaceutical, cleanroom or healthcare environment would be desirable
