Reaxys is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team, who has a strong background and proven experience in driving innovation. Of particular interest are candidates with experience in product management, expertise in extractive AI and/or content extraction, and ideally, with domain knowledge in the areas of large molecule chemistry-related fields, such as polymers and biomolecules. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of these specialized areas and be able to leverage their knowledge to drive research and development of innovative solutions within the Reaxys product. As a Senior Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to own a product or multiple product features within a complex product. We seek a candidate who will leverage market research and proactively engage with industry segments, new customer groups and internal colleagues to implement findings into the product development. Specifically, the Product Manager will be responsible for: Driving content expansion product strategy forward and expanding vision, including formulation and validation of roadmap requirements and feature delivery by gathering and analysing data. Work with other Reaxys product managers in a matrix way to define, implement and advocate shared product management processes, methods, and tools. A proven track record of success with product strategy, road map development, product rollouts/Go-to-market strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Experience on working with pharmaceutical and chemical companies as well as academia Product management certification (Agile, Scrum, SVPG) Experience in working in pharmaceutical companies in the field of drug discovery and development Experience in working in the chemical industry in the field of materials development Experience of continuous development lifecycle – ability to define functional and non-functional requirements PhD in Chemistry We promote a healthy work/life balance across the organisation.
