If you're passionately motivated to make a difference and deliver exceptional work, we invite you to learn more about your career opportunities at As an Associate Director ~ BA/BSc degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business, Healthcare Planning and Policy, or related course of study; PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, MS. ~7-10 years of Life Sciences (Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Specialty Pharma and/or Medical Technology) consulting experience is required. Advanced degree PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA can be considered as well in lieu of years of exp. ~ Minimum 3 + years' experience in life-sciences product commercialization and/or launch; Ability to drive projects independently with oversight from senior management, including day-to-day client communications. ~ Experience developing detailed project plans, leading and delegating workstreams and/or analytic approaches, reviewing work product and deliverables, and mentoring / coaching junior team members. ~ Must possess strong analytical skills to guide client and team decision-making, including ability to efficiently manage and interpret large datasets using advanced Excel functions and logic formulas, develop financial forecasting models, and guiding teams to produce impactful data visualizations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders ~ excellent written and oral communication skills and attention to detail required to produce client ready deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations, that require minimal re-work or editing by senior management ~ Must be willing and able to travel to client sites across the UK, Europe or US, up to 20% of the time. ~ UK Passport, EU Settled Status, Indefinite Leave to Remain).
