Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions Join to apply for the Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions role at Veramed. Veramed is seeking a Head of Projects and Analytical Solutions to lead and manage approximately 100 professionals across Europe, India, and North America. This strategic leadership role focuses on delivering high-quality biometrics and data management services, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will have a Masters degree (or equivalent) in Biostatistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, with 10+ years of leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related life sciences consulting organizations. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential. P&L Ownership: Full ownership of profit and loss, developing strategies to meet financial targets. Client & Account Management: Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth, serving as an executive sponsor when needed. Project Management & Resourcing: Oversee project staffing, manage project delivery against margins and timelines. Service Line Leadership: Collaborate with service line leads to refine offerings and develop innovative solutions. Talent Development: Foster a culture of excellence, oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning. Masters degree in relevant fields. ~10+ years of leadership experience in biostatistics, clinical research, or related fields. ~ Proven P&L management experience. Strong leadership and management capabilities. Excellent communication skills and client relationship management. Understanding of project management methodologies in a consulting environment. This position is at an executive level, offered as a contract, within the Information Technology sector, specifically in Strategic Management Services.
